A) Our call for conference session abstracts is now closed. We’d like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who submitted an abstract – we’re delighted by the response from across the member community. We’ll be in touch by the end of February to let you know the outcome of your submission. .
Q) What if the face to face conference is cancelled due to COVID?
A) We would like to assure you that the PraxisAuril team are working within current Covid related regulations and guidelines that impact the organisation of the 2022 Conference. You will be aware regulations and guidelines have been frequently adapted to meet the ever changing requirements to combat the risks of Covid and whilst the PraxisAuril team are following the current regulations in good faith, they may be subject to change. If this is the case and it affects the organisation of the conference, the necessary amendments will be made. If as a result of this, changes need to be made to the programme or numbers need to be reduced, places will be allocated in the order in which confirmation and payments were received. In the unfortunate event that your place at the conference is cancelled, a full refund will be issued for the conference fees paid
Q) What if I can’t attend due to testing positive for COVID?
A) In the unfortunate event that you test positive for Covid (or a derivative strain of the virus) and the conference or event is within the prevailing prescribed isolation period you will not be able to attend even though you may not feel unwell.
